Subliminal Textures

Marney McDiarmid's ceramic pieces are truly original and captivating. With her use of image transfer, embedded textures and text, each piece's voice resonates sweetly and loudly.

It was really tough to create a shortlist from her images...we did our best. Here are a few of our favorite vases:

I cannot stop looking at this beautiful bowl, the intermingling of textures is sublime. McDiarmid's website will not disappoint.

Devine Porcelain

Lois Aronow Porcelain is a new favorite of ours. I love the earthy, crackly surface textures and the color combinations, especially the Naked City Series.
